Q2: Do you offer custom sizing?
A: Custom sizing may be available for selected styles. Custom orders are final sale.

Q3: Are formal dresses returnable?
A: Standard-size dresses may be eligible for return within our policy window. Custom-made or altered items are non-returnable.

Q4: Will the dress look exactly like the photo?
A: While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in color and detail may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or fabric batches.

Q5: What if my event is soon?
A: Please contact us prior to ordering so we can confirm production and shipping timelines.

Q6: Are customs fees included?
A: International customers are responsible for any duties or import taxes imposed by their country.
