Eligible standard-size dresses may be returned within 14–30 days of delivery, depending on the item category.

To qualify for return:

Dress must be unworn and unwashed

No stains, perfume scent, deodorant marks, or alterations

Original packaging included
All returns are subject to inspection before approval.

Return Process

Ship the item back within the specified timeframe.
Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
